DEO® deodorant by The Tallo Co is our latest gentle, effective alternative to conventional deodorants — made to work with your body without the artificial ingredients.
Formulated with our organic, grass-fed beef tallow (valued for its exceptional skin compatibility), DEO helps to nourish and support the delicate underarm area.
Odour control is achieved through a thoughtful combination of coconut oil, arrowroot powder, and magnesium hydroxide. Coconut oil helps reduce odour-causing bacteria, while arrowroot gently absorbs moisture to minimise wetness. Magnesium hydroxide works by neutralising odour without disrupting the skin’s natural balance, making it a well-tolerated alternative to bicarb.
Jojoba oil adds extra conditioning and helps the deodorant glide smoothly onto the skin, while locally sourced beeswax provides structure and forms a light, breathable barrier that supports long-lasting comfort without clogging pores or feeling heavy.
This deodorant is aluminium-free and bicarbonate-free, making it suitable for those with sensitive skin or who have experienced irritation from traditional deodorants.
Scented only with pure essential oils, it contains no artificial fragrances or synthetic fillers.
The fresh, uplifting aroma comes from Australian lemon myrtle and grapefruit essential oils, offering a clean, citrus finish that is subtle, unisex and not overpowering.
When switching from conventional deodorants, some people experience a short adjustment period as the skin adapts. This is temporary, doesn’t affect everyone, and usually settles within a few weeks.
